You’ll be visiting three local wineries and a wine museum where you’ll taste the most exquisite vintages of the Croatian south.
This voyage takes you to four different UNESCO sights in Croatia — Discover the ancient history of Dubrovnik, traverse the Starigrad Plain, and enjoy a landscape practically intact from when the first Ionian settlers set foot on it. Experience Trogir, showcasing urban continuity from ancient times.

Welcome aboard your Wine & Gastro Cruise! Check in begins at 2:00 PM, when you’ll be greeted with a delicious welcome snack and refreshing drink as you settle into your cabin and meet the crew.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour of Šibenik, one of Croatia’s oldest coastal cities and home to the stunning UNESCO-listed St. James Cathedral. Stroll through its stone alleyways, learn about its layered history, and take in the city’s vibrant coastal charm.
Return to the ship in the early evening and join your fellow travelers for a welcome briefing, followed by a chef-prepared dinner onboard at 7:00 PM. It’s the perfect opportunity to get acquainted with your shipmates and begin your week of culinary discovery along the Adriatic.

In Trogir, you’ll go for an engaging sightseeing tour of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, after which you’ll visit the local market and taste regional specialties and products.
Lunch on your own today, as the afternoon unfolds at your leisure to explore the enchanting streets and restaurants. You can also participate in an Olive Oil Tasting onboard before dinner.
After a wonderful day of flavors and adventure, gather for a delightful dinner on board before you unwind in Trogir’s bars and walks.

Enjoy a healthy breakfast and early sail to the paradise island of Hvar, and listen to an enlightening lecture by our Program Manager on the Mediterranean Diet and Local Products.
Arriving at Hvar later this morning, you’ll enjoy a captivating walking tour of Hvar, along with the island tour to the UNESCO-listed Starigrad plain.
The tour finishes in Vrboska, where you’ll visit a local winery for a delightful light Mediterranean lunch and wine-tasting experience. Indulge in the flavors of the region as you savor local delicacies paired with exquisite wines of the island.
Return to Hvar and take a refreshing dip in the azure waters surrounding the ship (if weather allows), visit the UNESCO Lace Museum in Hvar during free time, or climb the Napoleon Fortress.
After dinner onboard, immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of Hvar, where every corner exudes its own unique charm.

Awaken to the tantalizing aromas of early breakfast onboard as we navigate to Korčula, for a captivating walking tour of Korčula town, delving into its rich history and cultural heritage. Savor the island’s flavors in one of the many local restaurants for lunch on your own.
Our journey continues in the early afternoon, as we depart for Lumbarda — a place prized for its unique sandy terroir. Here, you’ll experience a delightful wine-tasting experience at the local winery.
The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure to explore the town. We recommend visiting the town museum or Marco Polo’s birth house.
This evening, gather for a delectable dinner on board.

This morning, indulge in the onboard breakfast and serene beauty of the Adriatic Sea as you sail from Korčula to Trstenik. Our Program Manager will enhance the experience with a lecture on the history of the Dubrovnik Republic.
After an included lunch on board, we arrive at Pelješac, where you’ll enjoy a scenic vineyard wine-tasting at the local winery, famed for being a certified organic wine and olive oil producer. Indulge in delicious food, taste some exquisite wines from the Pelješac peninsula, and get a sense of its unspoiled terroir.
After this wine bonanza, we journey to Ston, famous for its defensive walls that protect the “white gold” – the famous Ston salt. You will then visit a local oyster farm and have a light lunch of fresher than fresh shellfish with homemade bread and wine.
In the evening, a delectable Captain’s dinner awaits you aboard the ship, complete with onboard entertainment.

Begin your day with a delightful breakfast onboard, as you prepare to visit enchanting Dubrovnik, arriving just after lunch.
Depart from Gruž or Pile gates for a guided walking tour of Dubrovnik — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and explore its iconic sights. After this, you’ll be treated to a Private Classical Music Concert.
The rest of the day is yours to explore the Old Town and have dinner on your own in one of Dubrovnik’s delicious locales.

In the evening, embark on a journey to the coastal village of Gromača for a home-hosted dinner with a local family. A night to remember — true Croatian hospitality and delicious locally sourced food prepared by the skilled hands of mothers and grandmothers paired with homemade wines, brandies, and non-alcoholic beverages.
