Cabins

This renowned luxury sailing yacht comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in a selection of Master, VIP, 2 Double/Twin, and 2 Twin/Double convertible cabins. The Master cabin boasts a massage tub, while all cabins feature essential amenities such as a wardrobe, Wi-Fi, TV, and interphone, with room service also available. The 8-member crew have their own separate accommodation area, ensuring complete privacy for guests.

Facilities

Dalmatino boasts spacious outdoor areas for unparalleled relaxation. The sun deck features a charming sunbathing area with a bar and Jacuzzi, while the main deck offers lounging areas for serene moments and al-fresco dining. Inside, enjoy stylish interiors with wooden floors and luxurious furnishings. Fully air-conditioned, the main salon features a dining table, bar, and lounge area with entertainment options.

Meals

Sample menu provides the rich flavors of foie gras paired with salted almonds and red onion marmalade, followed by a delightful macaroni pasta dish featuring prosciutto and truffles. Then, delight in sous vide veal complemented by cauliflower cream and celery pillows, concluding with a taste of the traditional “Splitska” cake for dessert. For dinner, embark on a culinary journey with sea bass ceviche accompanied by celery, radish, and parsley oil, followed by a savory shrimp soup. Then, indulge in the flavors of tuna in traditional “pasticada” sauce served with polenta, and treat your taste buds to the sweet finale of cannoli for dessert.

NOTE: Gratuities / tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 10% to 20% of base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.

*APA DEPOSIT INFORMATION – APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 25% of the charter price, the remaining amount is used to cover the running costs during the charter: food and drinks for the charter party, port and marina fees, fuel for dinghy operated water toys (donut, water ski, wakeboard, jet ski), national park entrance fees, customs fees and charter licenses if chartered outside Croatia, fees for the ship’s agent and anything else the guests might need or require during the charter. The captain keeps strict records throughout the charter and any unspent monies will be refunded to the client in full.
