Launched in 2025, MAIA is the creation of Captain Filip Jakir, a man who has spent his life at sea and knows exactly what makes a perfect voyage. She is a flawless fusion of classic motor-yacht lines and contemporary luxury, built to the highest standards with an unmistakable timeless elegance.

Cabins
6 beautifully crafted cabins accommodating 12 guests. The full-beam master suite on the main deck features a king bed, private study, his-and-hers bathrooms and panoramic windows. Three VIP suites and two convertible twin-to-double cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms finished in marble and warm woods, are located on the lower deck. Soft neutral tones, bespoke joinery and abundant natural light create a calm, luxurious retreat in every stateroom.
Facilities and Public Areas
The ship offers elegant indoor and outdoor dining areas, a spacious upper-deck sky lounge that comfortably seats up to 20 guests, and a spectacular sundeck with barbecue, bar, dining table for 14, large jacuzzi and generous sunbathing space. A fully equipped gym and relaxing sauna are found on the main deck, while a flexible multipurpose room can serve as an office, massage room or extra cabin. Every area flows effortlessly, giving guests both vibrant social spaces and peaceful private corners.
Meals
Enjoy relaxed breakfasts and long lazy lunches on deck, elegant dinners in the salon or under the stars, and midnight snacks whenever the mood strikes. Dietary requests, special celebrations, and themed evenings are all handled with ease and creativity. From sunrise coffee and warm pastries to candlelit seafood feasts beside the sea, dining on MAIA is effortless, personal, and unforgettable.

EXCLUDED: Fuel, mooring and ancor fees, provisioning, personal laundry, communications, delivery fee.
NOTE: Gratuities / tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 10% to 20% of base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.
*APA DEPOSIT INFORMATION – 25% of charter fee. To cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; fuel for Personal Watercraft*; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; national park and parks of nature entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request; shoreside transport; excursions and adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…).
